I just updated my REM-Fit Active app and now it won't let me log in (or I am getting app crashes). What do I do?

If you are experiencing issues logging into theREM-Fit Active app after a recent update, or with app crashes, you may need to re-install the app.

1. Delete theREM-Fit Active app from your device.

2.Reboot your iPhone or Android phone.

3.Reinstall theREM-Fit Active app.

Go to REM-Fit.com/appsfrom your phone to get the latest version of the app.

4. Once the app has be re-installed you can sign in with your username and password and you should be back up and running.
