I need to return or exchange my REM-Fit Active, how can I do that?

Before you return or exchange your REM-Fit Active, please see if we can help troubleshoot any issues you may have. We have online chat available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time) as well as email support at support@rem-fit.com. Additionally, our FAQ and Support pages have many videos and tutorials that may be of help. However, if you need to return or exchange a REM-Fit Active product, here are the instructions:

For all returns or exchanges, you must have the REM-Fit Active (including all accessories), the packaging and a receipt. Mail back the REM-Fit Active to:

Be sure to include a letter stating the reason for the return or exchange. We recommend shipping with a tracking number so you can confirm we received the device. Once your refund has been approved, you will receive your refund in 2-4 weeks (usually much sooner though).
