Music is coming from my phone and not from ZEEQ. Why?

If the music is not playing through ZEEQ, here are some things to try:

Check that ZEEQ is connected to Bluetooth on your phone. In the Bluetooth settings on your phone, look for REM-Audio. If it is not connected, follow the instructions in the ZEEQ app to connect.

Make sure no other Bluetooth speakers or headsets are connected to your phone while using ZEEQ.

**If you do not see REM-Audio in the Bluetooth settings, you can manually put ZEEQ into speaker mode by quickly tapping the power button on the ZEEQ remote 3 times. You will see a blue blinking LED while ZEEQ is in pairing mode.
