My REM-Fit Active is taking a long time to sync or is frozen at a specific percentage. Why is that?

If the REM-Fit Active loses the connection with the app, the app my freeze during the sync. There are many reasons this could happen: you received in an incoming phone call, your Bluetooth connection momentarily dropped, etc.

If this happens, simply close the app and restart it. You should be able to sync normally again.
