My REM-Fit Active won’t turn on. Is it broken?

There are two likely reasons a REM-Fit Active may not turn on:

REM-Fit Active is asleep

Your REM-Fit Active was shipped from our facility in a hibernated state to conserve battery and allow you to use it right out of the box. To “wake” it up, simply tap and hold the screen (on the the side closest to the two copper charging pins) for 10-20 seconds. When you see the REM-Fit Active logo on the REM-Fit Active 200, or the 3 LED lights begin to blink on the REM-Fit Active 100, your device is ready to use.

Battery drained

Your REM-Fit Active may need to be recharged. Using the included USB charger, recharge your REM-Fit Active for 8-10 hours. You will see a filling animation on the screen (or the 3 red LED lights will blink on the REM-Fit Active 100) while it is charging. Once charged, the battery icon will be full.
