100 Night Trial

From the time of shipping to 100 nights, you can try any of our mattresses in the comfort of your own home. If our mattress isn't the right one for you, let us know within 100 nights, and we'll have it picked up for a full refund. It's that simple.

Our 100 Night Sleep Trial is not offered for mattresses that are purchased at under 30% the listed price or less. These discounted items are considered Clearance items and due to the significant discount provided, we are unable to offer the 100 Night Sleep Trial.

15 Year Warranty

We back all non-clearance mattresses with a 15 year warranty that covers any defects in manufacture that impede the comfort and support the mattress provides. This means if you get a lumpy mattress, your mattress fails to expand, or anything else was missed in the making of your mattress, we have you covered.

PILLOWS

1 Year Warranty

We're pleased to off a 1 year warranty on all premium cooling pillows. This warranty covers any issues that may arise from irregular manufacturing such as torn seams or zippers.

We strongly encourage you to update your pillow, no matter from whom you purchase it each year to ensure healthy, hygienic sleep as well as consistent ergonomic alignment throughout the night.

Orders typically ship within one business day after payment has been received.

**If we are running a sale, we ask that you please allow up to one week for your items to ship (please note that you may receive a tracking number sooner than that. The tracking information will update as soon as it leaves our warehouse.)**

REM-Fit.com does not ship on: Saturday, Sunday, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Friday before Memorial Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Friday before Labor Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Sometimes orders ship in multiple pieces. If you need help tracking your shipment, contact us. If you have a multi-piece shipment, watch this video.

We Ship To

REM-Fit ships to the contiguous 48 states in the USA. Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes or Canada. If you are looking to ship products to military locations, please email us at support@remfit.com. If you are located in the UK, click here to visit the UK site.

Cancellation & Hold Policy

Our orders ship by 12pm each business day. In order to cancel/hold your order without incurring any late cancellation charges, we must be notified prior to 11am the same business day, or prior to 11am the following business day for orders place after the 11am cutoff. Items may only be held for a maximum of 30 days.

Late Cancellation Charge: $200 Mattress/Base, $50 Pillow

Hold Charge: $100 per item

Returns

Repayment Policy

Products that qualify for a refund will be refunded the amount of the original purchase price (shipping excluded). Refund processing takes up to 5 business days once any return merchandise has been received by us. Once the refund has been processed, it will post to the original payment method used in the purchase transaction.

Lost Packages

Typically, we expect our products to be delivered in a timely fashion, but between the weather, the roads and other conditions, a lot can impact the delivery of items. For all items that are feared lost in the mail, we recommend waiting one week from the shipping date prior to contacting us. We've found that waiting a little bit gives our shipping partners time to resolve any issues.

Returns

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original packaging.   We do not accept returns on any pillows. We do not accept items that have been washed or used. The cost of shipping any items returned to REM-Fit will be paid by the customer.

For orders that had Free Shipping, the cost of goods returned will be refunded, less our cost to ship the original order. For orders that did not qualify for free shipping, any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

All items discounted at 65% off or more are FINAL SALE.

No price matching if a discount code was used on the original order.

Refunds can only be processed by email (support@remfit.com). Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5 pm CST. Packages must be returned to the mailing address provided. Initial shipping fees and all costs on returns are the customers responsibility. After inspecting to ensure all items are in perfect condition, payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days. For orders that were shipped free, you will be reimbursed less the ship cost we incurred on the original shipment. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all merchandise that has to be repackaged.
