Orders typically ship within one business day after payment has been received. REM-Fit.com does not ship on:
Saturday, Sunday, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Friday before Memorial Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Friday before Labor Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
REM-Fit ships to the USA. Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes or Canada. If you are looking to ship products internationally or to military locations, please call us at 866-860-9626. We will either connect you with an international reseller or recommend steps to enable shipping.
100 Night Sleep Trial
From the time of shipping to 100 nights, you can try any of our mattresses in the comfort of your own home. If our mattress isn't the right one for you, let us know within 100 nights, and we'll have it picked up for a full refund. It's that simple.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Simply put...if you're not satisfied, neither are we! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on REM-Fit.com, you can return your unopened product(s) to us within 30 days for a refund in the amount of the purchase price (shipping excluded). We ask only that you return merchandise in its original condition and packaging. Return authorizations are required. Only valid if the product is unopened and unused and is purchased on www.rem-fit.com.
Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of the invoice or if they are not in the original condition. Merchandise that fails under normal operating conditions within the product's expressed warranty period will be replaced at no charge, per our warranty policy. All items purchased on clearance are final sales. No returns or exchanges will be issued for these products.
Contact REM-Fit Customer Service advising us of the reason for the return. Since your satisfaction is our primary goal, we will first try to remedy the issue. If we can't correct the problem to your satisfaction, we will provide you with a return authorization and special return shipping instructions via e-mail. Upon receipt of your return authorization, simply return the product to us in the condition it arrived in (and in the original packaging if possible) and we will gladly refund the product price and any applicable sales tax paid.

Products that qualify for a refund will be refunded the amount of the original purchase price (shipping excluded). Refund processing takes up to 5 business days once any return merchandise has been received by us. Once the refund has been processed, it will post to the original payment method used in the purchase transaction.
An order can only be canceled by calling customer support at 866-860-9626. Orders can only be canceled if the order has not yet been processed. When an order is canceled, no amount will be charged to the payment method submitted and the authorization will be voided.
